Senior Recruitment Consultant – Permanent (360) 

Location 

St Helens (Office-based / Hybrid options available) 

Salary 

Up to £40,000 base + uncapped commission 

The Opportunity 

We are working with an established and highly respected recruitment business with over 50 years of success across technical and engineering-led markets. 
 
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire experienced 360 Perm Recruitment Consultants to build and develop permanent desks across a range of sectors. 
 
This is an opportunity to join a business with strong existing client relationships, a well-established brand, and real investment into growth and technology. 

The Role 

- Running a full 360 recruitment desk (Perm focus) 
- Developing new business opportunities and building client relationships 
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to placement 
- Sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates within your market 
- Building a specialist vertical within your chosen sector 
- Driving consistent billing performance and pipeline activity 

What They’re Looking For 

- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (Perms) 
- Track record of billing and developing a desk 
- Background in White Collar, Engineering, Technical, or similar sectors 
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills 
- Motivated, driven, and commercially minded
