Job Title: HGV Driving Resourcer
Location: Salford, Manchester
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive HGV Driving Resourcer to join our growing team based in Salford, Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in recruitment resourcing, specifically within the driving or logistics sector, to further develop their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage HGV drivers through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and registrations

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HGV drivers

  • Ensure all candidates meet compliance and licensing requirements

  • Maintain accurate records using internal recruitment systems

  • Work closely with consultants to fulfil client requirements efficiently

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a resourcing role within the driving/logistics sector

  • Proven experience sourcing HGV/LGV drivers is essential

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Good understanding of driver compliance and regulations (desirable)

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
