Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded agency operating across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven 360 recruiter looking to further develop their career within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to business development and client management. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s industrial desk while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the industrial sector

  • Proactively sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates

  • Developing new business opportunities through outbound sales activity

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

  • Conducting client meetings, site visits, and negotiations

  • Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines

  • Meeting and exceeding individual billing targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

  • Strong background in both candidate sourcing and business development

  • Experience within industrial recruitment is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and career-focused

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
