As part of their continued growth plans, the company is now seeking an experienced Senior 360 Manufacturing Recruiter to join their expanding team.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position, suited to a highly motivated individual with strong sales and business development skills. You will have the autonomy to manage your own desk and will play a key role in driving client relationships, developing new business, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both permanent and contract vacancies.
Developing new business opportunities and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Building a strong candidate network within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Negotiating terms of business and managing client relationships professionally.
Working to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Contributing to the wider success and growth of the recruitment team.
About You
You will be an experienced 360 recruiter with a proven track record in sales and business development. This position requires an ambitious, driven, and resilient professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Previous 360 recruitment experience (permanent or contract).
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or other fast-paced sectors preferred.
Strong sales background with excellent business development skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
Motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Initially office-based, with flexibility once established in your market.
