Job Title: Resourcer / 360 Recruiter – Manufacturing & STEM

Location: St Helens

Salary: £30k DOE

About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Resourcer or aspiring 360 Recruiter to join a growing team focused on Manufacturing and STEM recruitment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a full 360 role over time, while initially supporting a busy desk with candidate sourcing and account management.

You’ll be working with a range of roles including CNC Operators, CAD Designers, Electrical Designers, Maintenance Engineers, and other technical and engineering professionals across manufacturing, tech, robotics, cyber security, energy, and life sciences sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and screen candidates across STEM, technical, and engineering disciplines

• Manage candidate pipelines for a variety of roles from junior to mid-level

• Build relationships with hiring managers and clients, with potential to take on account management

• Support business development efforts as required

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within industrial manufacturing, engineering, tech, energy, power, gas, oil, life sciences, or similar sectors

• Strong understanding of technical and engineering roles

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with professionals at all levels

• Ambition to progress to a full 360 recruiter role in the future

• Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
