Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters or account managers
Oversee delivery across key client accounts (typically £80k–£100k spend)
Drive high standards in candidate quality, client service, and process efficiency
Work closely with other division heads to ensure collaboration and consistency
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Contribute to strategic growth of the UK business
About You
Proven leadership or mentoring experience within recruitment, RPO, or talent acquisition
Background in life sciences or technical recruitment helpful, but not essential
Strong communicator with the ability to influence, guide, and motivate
Commercially aware, process-driven, and comfortable in a challenging environment
Degree preferred but not mandatory
Stable career history and a genuine desire for long-term progression
What is on Offer
Competitive base salary (£40–45K, higher for exceptional candidates)
Realistic OTE £75–100K
Flexible working hours and hybrid working (3 days in office)
Supportive, high-energy culture with recognition and rewards
Career longevity — not a revolving-door environment
Core Values Awards and performance recognition across teams
Ideal For
Recruitment Team Leaders ready to grow in a structured business
Senior Recruiters or Talent Acquisition professionals ready to step into leadership
360 Recruiters who enjoy delivery and team development more than sales
