About the Client:
Our client is a growing recruitment business specialising in Engineering, Technical, and Supply Chain within the construction industry. They are looking to add a Sales Consultant to expand their presence across the construction sector.
Role Overview:
This is a 360 recruitment sales role with flexibility on sector focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and placing top talent into construction-related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities within the construction industry (open sector focus).
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: winning clients, sourcing candidates, and making placements.
Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Keep up to date with construction market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in sales or 360 recruitment (construction or related sectors preferred, but open on background).
Strong business development skills with a track record of hitting targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ambitious, driven, and motivated by success and financial reward.
Resilient and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
