About the Client:
Our client is a growing recruitment business specialising in Engineering, Technical, and Supply Chain within the construction industry. They are looking to add a Sales Consultant to expand their presence across the construction sector.

Role Overview:
This is a 360 recruitment sales role with flexibility on sector focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and placing top talent into construction-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities within the construction industry (open sector focus).

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: winning clients, sourcing candidates, and making placements.

  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Keep up to date with construction market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales or 360 recruitment (construction or related sectors preferred, but open on background).

  • Strong business development skills with a track record of hitting targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated by success and financial reward.

  • Resilient and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
