Salary: Competitive base + bonus/commission

Our client, a leading construction business with a strong focus on Engineering, Technical, and Supply Chain, is looking for an IT Tech Recruitment Manager to lead their tech recruitment function.

Role Overview:
You will manage the IT/Technical recruitment team, overseeing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the IT recruitment team

• Oversee full 360 recruitment for IT and technical roles

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the business

• Develop strategies to attract and retain top tech talent

• Drive team performance and achieve recruitment KPIs

You:

• Experienced in IT/Technical recruitment, ideally in a managerial or team lead capacity

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

• Commercially minded with a track record of achieving targets

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
