About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established Bristol branch, specialising in the Education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a thriving desk, working across Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings. You’ll be responsible for building strong client and candidate relationships, driving business development, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Education sector.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with schools, academies, and trusts.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and support staff roles.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and vetting procedures.
Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Actively contribute to the continued growth and success of the Bristol branch.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter within the Education sector (Primary, Secondary, or SEN).
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage a busy desk and meet revenue targets.
Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding within education recruitment.
Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
