The Role
As a 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk, managing the entire recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding service and drive growth within your sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client development to candidate placement.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop your own client base.
Source, interview, and manage candidates to ensure best-fit placements.
Work towards and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
Participate in the on-call rota as part of the wider team support.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
About You
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Industrial or Driving sectors.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Experience managing an on-call rota.
Local knowledge of the Bolton and Greater Manchester area.
