Location
Manchester (Base) – Hybrid role with regular travel to client sites across Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Crewe, and Bolton.
Ad-hoc attendance in branch as required.
Salary & Package
Up to £45,000 package (flexible depending on experience)

The Role
We are recruiting a Regional Industrial Consultant on behalf of a leading recruitment business that supplies a major national logistics client. This hybrid role will oversee the delivery of temporary labour across multiple high-volume sites, ensuring consistent service, compliance, and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for all sites within the region, acting as the key operational and relationship lead between the recruitment business and the end client.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Site Management:
- Manage all on-site operations for a key national logistics client
- Travel regularly to multiple client locations across the region
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with on-site client stakeholders
- Ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently met
On-Site Operations:
- Deliver and oversee on-site inductions
- Shift bookings and workforce scheduling
- Day-to-day operational support and escalation management
Workforce Management:
- Oversee an average of 50–60 temporary workers per site
- Drive attendance, engagement, and performance
- Ensure worker welfare and retention
Recruitment & Compliance:
- Ensure all temporary workers meet compliance and onboarding requirements
- Support recruitment activity during peak periods
Business Development:
- Support new business development during low-peak periods
- Help grow A–Z industrial clients within the region
Team Environment
Work as part of a wider team of 13, including account managers, 360 recruitment consultants, and a dedicated out-of-office support team.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience within industrial or high-volume recruitment
- Multi-site or on-site account management experience
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to support business growth
- Flexible approach to travel and working patterns
- Highly organised and solution-focused
