The Role
You will be a proven 360-billing Recruitment who has ideally worked within the Industrial sector. You will excel in Business Development, Industrial Temp Recruiting and managing hi volume desks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Full 360 recruitment duties: sales, sourcing, compliance, placements, and account management
Managing a busy Industrial temp desk (high-volume recruitment)
Developing existing client relationships and winning new business
Recruiting for Industrial roles (warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, etc.)
Handling candidate registrations, onboarding, and workforce management
Participating in an on-call rota
Working to individual and team billing targets
Candidate Requirements
Essential: Proven experience as a billing 360 Recruitment Consultant
Ideally from Industrial recruitment, but will also consider:
Blue-collar
Trades & Labour
High-volume temp recruitment
(Must include sales and consistent billing)Confident in business development and client generation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Team player who contributes to shared success
Ideally a driver (preferred but not essential if currently learning or test booked)
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Commission & Bonus Structure
Holiday Entitlement
25 days holiday + 8 statutory bank holidays
Total: 33 days per year
