About the Company:
Our client is a leading recruitment firm based in Altrincham, specialising in engineering, renewables & energy, and FMCG/manufacturing sectors. They are looking to expand their team before Christmas and are seeking ambitious 360 recruiters to join a high-performing, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage the full recruitment cycle (360 recruitment) from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

·        Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

·        Achieve personal and team targets consistently.

·        Keep accurate records of all recruitment activity.

Requirements:

·        Proven 360 recruitment experience (handling end-to-end recruitment).

·        Experience in engineering, renewables & energy, or FMCG/manufacturing recruitment preferred.

·        Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·        Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
