Working with an established agency with over 2 decades of experience who are experts in Sales, Marketing and Executive employment.
You will be working with big brand names across many different industries, Manufacturing, Construction, Medical, Food and FMCG, along with Technology and even Aerospace.
Your role:
Every day will always be varied and different.
Your role will be to support the business development consultant and source exceptional talent.
clients hiring needs, this could be a Field Sales role, Digital Marketing Manager, National Account Manager or even a Sales Director role.
You will have all the tools required in order to source talent online (Job boards, Database, Video tools and LinkedIn Recruiter).
No business development is involved, but you will manage the process of interviews between clients and candidates.
The person:
You will have recruitment or delivery recruitment experience; any sector will be considered.
You will be highly organised.
A great people person.
Good at using databases, job boards and LinkedIn.
