360 Recruitment Consultant (Education)
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission.
Location: Liverpool and Manchester.

The 360 Education Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and nurseries across Liverpool Manchester and the North West, while attracting, placing, and retaining top teaching and support staff. This is a sales-driven role that requires excellent business development, candidate management, and compliance expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement
Proactively develop new client relationships with schools, academies, colleges, and nurseries.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery.
Negotiate terms of business and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
Attend client meetings and networking events to build long-term partnerships.
Candidate Attraction & Recruitment
Source, interview, and register high-quality teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
Use a variety of channels (job boards, advertising, networking, referrals, social media) to attract candidates.
Match candidates to suitable vacancies, ensuring the best fit for both client and candidate.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial registration to placement.
Compliance & Safeguarding
Ensure all candidates meet safeguarding and compliance requirements before placement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company policies and legislative standards.
Performance & Sales
Achieve and exceed agreed financial, activity, and placement targets.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and job opportunities.
Contribute to branch growth through proactive sales and marketing activities.
Person Specification:
Essential:
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally in education recruitment, though other 360 sectors will be considered).
Proven track record in business development and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Resilient, proactive, and results-focused.
Desirable:
Knowledge of the education sector and safeguarding requirements.
Existing relationships with schools in Manchester or the North West.
Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines (Primary, Secondary, SEN, FE, Early Years).
