My client is a boutique legal recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of tax lawyers, including Incentives/Share Plans and Tax Litigation specialists. The firm has established strong relationships with leading tax teams, particularly in the London market, while also supporting clients across the UK.
Role
My client is looking to hire a Recruitment Researcher or Consultant to focus on the Incentives/Share Plans and Tax Litigation markets.
The role can be full-time or part-time and is primarily remote, although office facilities are available for candidates based near Colchester.
The successful candidate will develop a detailed understanding of these markets and over time become a specialist, supporting hiring activity at all levels. The firm already has established client relationships, allowing the focus to be on market coverage, candidate engagement, and delivery.

Key Skills / Attributes
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Well organised with strong time management
Legal recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
Down-to-earth, personable approach
