360 recruitment experience essential in Industrial, Maintenance, FM, Hospitality, Logistics, Production or Manufacturing markets.

An established and growing recruitment business based in London Bridge is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Industrial division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter who thrives in a sales-focused environment and wants full ownership of their desk while working alongside experienced recruiters with strong sector knowledge.

This is a 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys both winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client site visits

- Manage and grow your own client accounts

- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients

- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to placements

- Develop and grow a profitable desk within the Industrial sector

What We’re Looking For

- Proven 360 recruitment experience

- Strong business development and sales skills

- Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face client meetings

- Ability to manage and grow your own desk independently

- A motivated, target-driven mindset
