📍 London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a high-performing London recruitment business that has built a strong presence in the US tech and software market. With consultants regularly billing £400k–£500k+, this is an environment built for experienced recruiters who want to scale their desk and earnings.

Due to continued growth, the business is now looking for experienced tech recruiters with exposure to the US or UK/European technology markets to join their team.

This is a chance to plug into an established infrastructure, strong client relationships, and a culture where high performance is the norm.

The Role

You will join a specialist technology recruitment team focused on the US software and tech market, working with a range of scaling startups, VC-backed businesses, and established tech companies.

Opportunities exist for both:

360 Consultants

  • Develop and grow your own client base in the US tech market

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

  • Build long-term partnerships with technology businesses

  • Scale and develop a high-value desk

Delivery / Candidate-Focused Consultants

  • Work closely with senior billers and established clients

  • Source and manage high-quality tech candidates

  • Support high-volume and high-value recruitment processes

  • Build strong candidate networks within the US tech market

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting across the US technology and software sector

  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Developing relationships with clients and candidates

  • Contributing to the growth of a high-performing recruitment team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in technology recruitment

  • Experience recruiting into the US tech market or UK/European tech markets

  • A track record of billing or supporting successful desks

  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills

  • Ambition to operate in a high-performance recruitment environment
