360 Recruitment Consultant – Technology Division | Manchester

My client is expanding their Technology Division in Manchester and are looking for a driven, client-focused Consultant to play a key role in the company’s continued growth.

THE ROLE

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll partner with major organisations to deliver a first-class recruitment service to technology professionals across the UK. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement through to candidate sourcing and successful placements, while contributing positively to a high-performance culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across contract or permanent Technology roles 

• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through a consultative approach 

• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and candidate interviews 

• Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of new and existing business 

• Lead client meetings and successfully win new accounts 

• Manage key accounts and support the development of junior team members 

• Collaborate with management to meet and exceed performance targets 

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell across multiple business divisions 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (contract or permanent) 

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets 

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills 

• Highly organised with excellent time management 

• Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
