The Company
Our client is a specialist recruitment business operating within the global Data Centre construction market. They partner with leading contractors, developers, consultancies and technology infrastructure businesses across Europe, the Middle East, APAC and North America, recruiting senior-level professionals involved in the delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Resourcer to join their Liverpool office.
The Opportunity
This is a warm desk with a significant number of live vacancies available from day one. The role offers the opportunity to work within a highly lucrative international market, focusing on senior white-collar appointments where candidate salaries typically range from £80,000 to £250,000+.
The business is open to considering both experienced 360 consultants and high-performing resourcers looking to progress their recruitment career.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify and engage senior-level professionals across international markets
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and interviews
- Manage recruitment processes from initial engagement through to placement
- Develop talent pipelines across specialist technical and construction disciplines
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment requirements
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
- Deliver a consultative and professional service to both clients and candidates
Candidate Profile
The client is less focused on specific sector experience and more interested in individuals who can communicate effectively with senior professionals and build credibility within a specialist market.
