Location: Ellesmere Port
Salary: Circa £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission up to 15%
My client is Expanding – Multiple Opportunities Available
Due to continued growth and expansion plans, my client is looking to recruit a number of experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Ellesmere Port.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing recruitment business where experienced recruiters will have the freedom and support to build successful desks, maximise earnings, and progress their careers.
The Role
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Business development and client acquisition
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Negotiating terms and fees
- Managing vacancies from brief to placement
- Growing and developing your own recruitment desk to grow your own team should you wish
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets – taking home bonus!!!
You will be treated as an adult here – working to own KPI’s
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a 360-recruitment role
- Proven billing track record 0f 12k minimum
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Background in Commercial, Engineering, Construction. Professional Services or Sales Recruitment
- Ambitious, driven and self-motivated
Package
- Basic salary starting from £35,000 - £45,000 Depending on billings
- Highly competitive uncapped commission structure
- 3pm finish every Friday
