About the role
This is a full-time office opportunity
You will manage a warm desk
You will manage a team of recruitment consultantso
Business Development to increase clients and profitability
Manage a busy and growing team of Education recruitment consultants
Experience in Primary, Secondary and SEN Education sectors
For the Branch Manager role, my client will look outside of sector and consider candidates from a fast paced, high-volume background; this opportunity is planned for further promotion and progression supporting the Regional Director.
Earning Potential
The Basic salary is open, and our client’s commission structure is strong. Their top billing recruiters are earning six figure salaries.
