Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Working Pattern: Hybrid – Work from home Tuesday & Friday
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm
The Opportunity
We are working with a growing specialist recruitment business operating exclusively within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing sector.
Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester City Centre team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already understands the Food Manufacturing recruitment market and wants the autonomy to develop their own specialist desk, build long-term client relationships and have a genuine influence on the growth of the business.

What’s On Offer
· Up to £35,000 basic salary DOE
· Uncapped commission
· Quarterly performance bonuses
· Annual performance bonus

· Additional percentage of billings above annual target paid at year-end

The Role
· Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to successful placement
· Develop new business and win new client relationships
· Manage and grow existing client accounts
· Build a strong candidate network across the Food Manufacturing sector
· Source, screen and interview candidates
· Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
· Arrange interviews and manage client and candidate feedback
· Negotiate offers and successfully close placements
· Conduct outbound business development
· Arrange client meetings and secure new Terms of Business
· Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates
· Manage multiple vacancies effectively
· Maintain accurate CRM records and activity
· Work towards individual billing and performance targets
· Take full ownership of your specialist market
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
· Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting within Food Manufacturing
· Proven 360 recruitment experience
· A strong track record in both business development and candidate delivery
· Confidence making outbound BD calls and winning new clients
· Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
· Strong candidate management and delivery skills
· A successful billing track record
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A commercial, target-driven approach
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· The ability to work independently and take ownership of your desk
· Must live within a commutable distance of Manchester City Centre
This role would particularly suit an experienced Food Manufacturing recruiter who wants to join a growing specialist business where they can build something of their own rather than simply inherit an established desk.
