The Opportunity

We are working exclusively with an established recruitment business launching a brand-new Education recruitment division from its Manchester City Centre office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Education Billing Manager who wants the autonomy to build something of their own, but with the financial backing, infrastructure and support of an established recruitment business behind them.

You'll have the opportunity to launch, develop and grow the division from the ground up, building your own desk initially before recruiting and developing a team around you as the division grows.

The business already operates successfully within specialist, high-margin temporary recruitment markets and has significant capacity within its Manchester office to grow the new Education team quickly as success warrants.

What You'll Be Doing

·        Launching and developing a brand-new Education recruitment division

·        Building and billing your own desk

·        Developing relationships with schools, trusts and education clients

·        Winning new business and developing a strong client portfolio

·        Working to secure relevant frameworks and preferred supplier agreements

·        Recruiting and developing your own team as the division grows

·        Creating and delivering a clear growth strategy

·        Taking ownership of the division's performance and future development

What We're Looking For

·        Minimum 4–5 years' Education recruitment experience

·        A strong and demonstrable personal billing history

·        Proven 360 recruitment and business development experience

·        Previous experience starting or building a desk, division or team

·        Knowledge and experience of Education frameworks

·        Strong market knowledge and existing industry relationships

·        The commercial mindset to identify and develop new opportunities

·        Leadership experience and the ambition to build a successful team

Package & Commission

Basic Salary: £60,000+ DOE, with flexibility to offer a more competitive package for an individual with the right experience, track record and market expertise.

Commission:

·        £0–£10k: 10%

·        £10k–£20k: 15%

·        £20k+: 20%

Up to 25% Equity

One of the biggest attractions of this opportunity is the potential to secure up to 25% equity.

You'll receive 1% equity immediately, with clearly defined performance and growth milestones providing the opportunity to earn the remaining equity.

This is a genuine opportunity to build something with long-term personal value, rather than simply building somebody else's desk.

Additional Benefits

·        Company-paid holidays for high performers

·        Previous trips have included Portugal and Dubai

·        Christmas and summer incentives

·        Manchester City Centre location

·        Established business infrastructure and financial backing

·        Significant capacity to grow your team

·        Genuine autonomy over the direction of the Education division

·        Opportunity to build a sizeable team as the division develops

Why Consider It?

If you've already proved yourself as a successful Education recruiter and you're ready for more ownership, this is a rare opportunity to build a division from the ground up and have a genuine stake in its success.

With a £60,000+ flexible basic salary, strong commission structure and up to 25% equity, the package is designed to attract someone with the experience and ambition to build a significant Education recruitment business.
