We are recruiting for an experienced 360 Construction Recruiter to join a friendly, established recruitment business in Manchester. This is a genuine hot-desk opportunity with existing activity and relationships to build on, making it ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both business development and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

·        Minimum 18 months’ recent experience within construction recruitment.

·        Current experience working for a recruitment company.

·        Proven 360 recruitment experience across client development and candidate delivery.

·        Confident business development and relationship-building skills.

·        A driven, professional recruiter who enjoys working in a busy team environment.

Location & Working Pattern

Manchester. The role is office based during probation. Following successful completion of probation, hybrid working will be available.
