About the Client:
Our client is a respected and long-established recruitment business with a strong track record in the education sector, supplying schools across the UK and internationally. With continued growth plans in place, they are now expanding their Liverpool branch and seeking an experienced recruiter to join the education desk and drive local market success.

The Role:
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of an Education desk in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to recruit across Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors, building strong partnerships with schools while supporting education professionals into rewarding roles.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector, from sourcing candidates to securing placements

·        Build and nurture long-term partnerships with schools and educational institutions across Liverpool and Merseyside

·        Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary, long-term, and permanent roles

·        Consistently achieve personal and team targets relating to placements and revenue

·        Contribute to the growth, reputation, and success of the Liverpool branch

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary, Secondary, and/or SEN)

·        Strong knowledge of the Liverpool/Merseyside education market is desirable

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

·        Driven, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
