Our client is a long-established recruitment firm specialising in the education sector, supporting schools across the UK and overseas. With a strong reputation in the market, they are expanding their Liverpool branch and seeking an experienced recruiter to focus on Primary Education.

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the Liverpool team with a dedicated focus on the Primary Education desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in education recruitment who is ready to build lasting relationships with local schools and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Primary Education roles across Liverpool and the surrounding areas

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with headteachers, school leaders, and candidates

·        Source, interview, and match candidates to suitable long-term, permanent, and supply positions

·        Meet and exceed personal and team targets for placements and revenue

·        Contribute to the growth and continued success of the Liverpool branch

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in education recruitment, ideally with a focus on Primary Education

·        Strong knowledge of local schools and the Liverpool education market is advantageous

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

·        Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
