About the Client:
Our client is a well-established recruitment business with a strong presence in the education sector, providing staffing solutions to schools across the UK and internationally. They are expanding their Ellesmere Port branch and seeking an experienced recruiter to join their education desk and drive growth in the local market.

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an Education desk in Ellesmere Port. This role offers the opportunity to work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN recruitment, building strong relationships with schools in the local area and supporting candidates into rewarding roles.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage the full recruitment cycle within the education sector, from sourcing candidates to securing placements

·        Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas

·        Source, interview, and place candidates in temporary, long-term, and permanent roles

·        Consistently achieve personal and team targets relating to placements and revenue generation

·        Play a key role in the growth and success of the Ellesmere Port branch

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary, Secondary, and/or SEN)

·        Strong local knowledge of the Ellesmere Port/Cheshire education market is an advantage

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

·        Driven, resilient, and able to work in a target-focused, fast-paced environment
