The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering successful placements across either contract, permanent, or a combination of both markets. This role suits an experienced recruiter looking to maximise earnings while working in a supportive, high-trust environment.
What’s on Offer
Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary
Commission Structure: Up to 40% commission with no thresholds or cap, plus additional quarterly and annual bonuses
Proven Success:
A consultant in their third year is on track to bill £575k
A top-performing Permanent Consultant reached the 40% commission bracket three times in 2025, earning £66k commission in those months alone

About You
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency background essential)
Strong billing track record or clear evidence of potential
