The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a number of growing and established recruitment businesses across the North West who are looking to hire 360 Recruitment Consultants at all levels. Whether you’re an experienced biller or earlier in your recruitment career, there are opportunities to join high-performing teams with strong client bases and clear progression pathways.

These roles offer the chance to take full ownership of your desk, working across a variety of specialist sectors including construction, engineering, manufacturing, technical, and technology markets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement

·        Building and developing long-term client relationships

·        Identifying and winning new business opportunities within your chosen market

·        Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (blue and/or white collar)

·        Managing job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes

·        Developing a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates

·        Working towards and exceeding revenue and activity targets

About You

·        Previous experience in recruitment (any level considered) OR strong sales/business development background

·        Proven ability or desire to win new business and build client relationships

·        Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

·        Sector experience in construction, engineering, tech, or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
