Recruitment Consultant – 360 Industrial Desk Bolton
Location: Bolton (Full-time, office-based)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000+ DOE (potential to increase as you progress)
Hours:
Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–5:00pm (flexibility for 7:30am or 8:00am starts)
Fridays: 8:00am–4:00pm
Holidays: 25 days + 8 statutory (33 total)
On-call: Rota basis
Commission: Group pot commission | Bonus pool (team threshold £10K per month)
The Opportunity
Our client in Bolton is seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their highly successful Industrial division. This is a hot desk within an established, high-volume environment—ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on recruitment role.
They are ideally looking for someone from an Industrial recruitment background, but will also consider blue-collar/trades temps experience as long as you’re confident billing, developing business, and managing the full 360 cycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a full 360 recruitment desk within the Industrial sector (hot desk & warm client base).
Conducting proactive sales and business development to grow accounts and bring in new opportunities.
Filling high-volume temporary roles, often at pace, ensuring compliance and excellent service.
Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Participating in an on-call rota to support out-of-hours requirements.
Working collaboratively within a high-performing team where success is shared and rewarded.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally in Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution or similar high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
Someone confident driving new business while managing existing accounts.
A strong organiser who can thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
A team player who enjoys working within a collaborative hot-desk model.
Ideally a driver, but open to candidates learning / taking their test soon.
