JOB OVERVIEW
My client is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to take on the position of Branch Manager for their well-established Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to drive performance, lead a motivated team, and grow a high-potential branch within a thriving education recruitment organisation.

THE ROLE
As Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a growing team to achieve and exceed targets

  • Manage a small desk of your own, maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships

  • Drive new business development and strengthen existing partnerships

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including performance management, staff development, coaching and HR-related duties

  • Produce accurate financial reporting and work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic goals

  • Ensure all branch activity meets safeguarding, compliance, and organisational standards
