JOB OVERVIEW
My client is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to take on the position of Branch Manager for their well-established Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to drive performance, lead a motivated team, and grow a high-potential branch within a thriving education recruitment organisation.
THE ROLE
As Branch Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire and develop a growing team to achieve and exceed targets
Manage a small desk of your own, maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships
Drive new business development and strengthen existing partnerships
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including performance management, staff development, coaching and HR-related duties
Produce accurate financial reporting and work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic goals
Ensure all branch activity meets safeguarding, compliance, and organisational standards

A proven track record within the education recruitment sector, ideally with team-management experience
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to coach and support others
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

Competitive basic salary – from £45k+, depending on experience

Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7am–6pm)
