Our client is a specialist technical recruitment consultancy operating across the Built Environment sector. With an established reputation and over a decade of success, they partner with consultancies, contractors, local authorities, and private sector organisations across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Liverpool team and help expand their presence across key technical markets including:

• Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Building Services Engineering
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) Engineering
• Building Control
• Construction Compliance

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and long-term contract appointments within the Built Environment sector.

The business operates a highly candidate-driven model and has an established client base, extensive candidate network, and strong market reputation, providing a solid platform from day one. Equally, they are open to experienced recruiters looking to launch and develop a new specialist desk within their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full 360 recruitment desk.
• Business development and client acquisition.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Sourcing, attracting, and qualifying technical professionals.
• Managing permanent and contract recruitment assignments.
• Negotiating offers and securing placements.
• Developing specialist market knowledge and talent networks.
• Growing your desk and revenue stream with the support of an experienced leadership team.

About You

• Proven experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
• Experience recruiting within a technical, engineering, construction, property, infrastructure, or professional services market.
• Strong business development skills and a track record of winning and growing accounts.
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Recruiters with an existing niche specialism or those capable of establishing a new market offering are particularly encouraged to apply.

Commission Structure

Permanent Placements
• £0 - £10,000 billed – 10%
• £10,000 - £20,000 billed – 15%
• £20,000 - £30,000 billed – 20%
• £30,000+ billed – 25%

Contract Placements
• No threshold applied.
