Locations: London.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + Profit Share

OTE: £105,000+ (Top Performers Significantly Higher)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking experienced and ambitious recruitment leaders to join their growing business as Business Managers.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity with responsibility for managing, developing and growing a team of recruitment consultants while maintaining a strong personal billing performance.

Each Business Manager will oversee a team of 4–5 billing consultants across varying levels of experience, with scope to grow the team further depending on performance and capability.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will have full visibility of your team's performance and P&L while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment consultants

  • Manage day-to-day team performance and activity

  • Recruit, onboard and retain top talent

  • Drive both personal and team revenue performance

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning

  • Maintain accountability for team P&L performance

  • Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships

  • Support the strategic growth of the office and wider business

  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous recruitment management or leadership experience

  • A proven track record of personal billings and team success

  • Strong coaching and people development skills

  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of P&L management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ambition, resilience and a growth mindset

  • A passion for building high-performing teams

Earnings & Incentives

The company offers one of the most rewarding commission structures in the market.

Individual Bonus Structure

Monthly Billings

£0 – £10,000

10%

£10,000 – £25,000

25%

£25,000+

50%

The structure is incremental and designed to reward high performance.

Business Managers are expected to build towards annual personal billings of up to £250,000.

Average OTE: £105,000+

Several employees currently earn in excess of £14,000 per month in bonus alone.

Super Bonus

Surpass target and bonus is paid at 30%.

Profit Share

Once established, Business Managers will receive 5% of their team's annual net profit as a profit-share incentive.
