Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Profit Share

The Opportunity
As a Business Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own division, leading from the front while building and developing a high-performing team.
You will:
Manage and grow a team
Take full responsibility for hiring, performance, and development
Have full visibility and ownership of your team’s P&L
Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in business growth
