Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Finance, Mortgage & Commercial Brokerage
Location: Southampton City Centre (Parking on-site) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + OTE £70,000 – £80,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (3 days office-based, 2 days remote)
Holiday: 22 days per annum + bank holidays
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team focusing on the finance, mortgage, and commercial brokerage sectors. This role presents a significant opportunity to manage a busy desk with substantial earning potential, with top performers achieving £250,000+ in permanent placements annually.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and successful placement. This position requires an individual who is highly organised, target-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full 360 recruitment activities, including business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage a busy desk within the finance, mortgage, and commercial brokerage sector.
Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring high standards of communication and service.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within professional services, finance, or related sectors.
Excellent spoken and written English, with a polished and professional manner.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passionate about recruitment and committed to achieving substantial financial and career growth.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Competitive base salary of £30,000 – £35,000, with realistic OTE £70,000 – £80,000+.
