Location: Cardiff (Hybrid considered up to 2 days per week)
Salary: Attractive basic salary DOE + Commission up to 22%

About the Client:
Our client is a long-established recruitment firm specializing in the education sector, supporting UK and overseas placements. They have a reputable and well-established branch in Cardiff and are looking to grow their team with experienced recruiters.

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic team focusing on Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience in education recruitment to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK and overseas placements in the education sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and candidates

• Source, interview, and match candidates to suitable positions

• Meet and exceed personal and team targets for placements and revenue

• Contribute to the growth and success of a well-established branch

Requirements:

• Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary, Secondary, and/or SEN)

• Knowledge of UK and overseas recruitment practices an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
