The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established recruitment business with a strong track record in the Scottish market, is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their busy Motherwell office. Specialising in Manufacturing and Engineering recruitment, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage a warm desk, develop new business, and make a real impact within a thriving and growing division.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Source, interview, and manage a pipeline of skilled candidates to meet client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
About You
Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or technical recruitment.
Strong business development skills with a track record of building and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated by success.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
