Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Tech Sales (Cyber/Data/AI)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
Future Opportunity: Stake in the business via Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing a warm Tech Sales (Cyber/Data/AI) desk in the U.S. market.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Generating new business opportunities and expanding accounts.

  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment services (sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates).

  • Working towards realistic, high-value targets (AOVs £30,000, goal of 1 deal per month).

  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the growth of the Manchester office.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience (multi-sector considered).

  • A demonstrable track record of success in recruitment or another sales-driven environment.

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to influence and persuade.

  • High levels of tenacity, emotional intelligence, and resourcefulness.

  • Ambition and drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced market.

What’s on Offer

  • Basic Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 (DOE).

  • Commission: Up to 30%

  • Hybrid working: 3 days office (Manchester), 2 days home for experienced recruiters.
