Location: Leeds (Hybrid up to 2 days WFH)
Salary: Attractive basic (DOE) + Commission up to 22%

About the Role

We are seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join an established branch in Leeds, specialising in the Education sector (Primary, Secondary, and SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven recruiter with education recruitment experience to take ownership of their desk, manage the full 360 process, and build long-term client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals

  • Develop new business opportunities within Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles

  • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and activity targets

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and candidates

About You

  • Proven experience in education recruitment is essential

  • Track record of success in billing and managing a 360 desk

  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
