We’re looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join my clients team, specialising in the Construction and Blue Collar sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the industry inside out and can hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Bringing new clients on board and developing long-term relationships

  • Growing your desk with confidence and autonomy

  • Meeting clear targets aligned with your salary level

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the Construction/Blue Collar recruitment sector

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results

  • Must have a valid driving licence

  • Comfortable with flexible working arrangements, including WFH
