About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Recruiter to join our established Newcastle branch. Specialising in the Education sector (Primary, Secondary, and SEN), you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development through to candidate placement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing recruiter with education experience to step into a well-established branch, maximise earnings through a market-leading commission structure, and enjoy a supportive, growth-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and maintaining strong client relationships across Primary, Secondary, and SEN education settings.
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, candidate attraction, interviewing, and placement.
Consistently achieving personal and branch targets, driving revenue growth.
Developing long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Playing an active role in the continued success and growth of the Newcastle branch.
What We’re Looking For
Proven 360 recruitment experience within the Education sector (essential).
Strong billing track record, with the drive to exceed targets.
Excellent business development skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Resilient, ambitious, and commercially focused.
