Recruitment Consultant (Practice)
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: DOE + 30% Commission Over £20k

The Role
They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Practice recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a 360 desk, covering clients and candidates nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a dual desk (perm and temp/contract) within the Practice market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with accountancy firms across the UK.
Deliver against financial and activity targets while providing excellent client and candidate service.
Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and sharing market insight.
Maintain high standards of compliance and process management.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Practice recruiter.
Strong track record of billings and client development.
Commercially focused with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
Motivated, resilient, and ambitious.
Team-oriented, with the ability to contribute to a boutique culture.
Package & Rewards
Salary: DOE (flexible, dependent on experience).
Commission: Market-leading 30% over £20k in quarterly billings.
