Recruitment Consultant (Practice) Bristol
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: DOE + 30% Commission Over £20k

The Role
They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Practice recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a 360 desk, covering clients and candidates nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dual desk (perm and temp/contract) within the Practice market. 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accountancy firms across the UK. 
- Deliver against financial and activity targets while providing excellent client and candidate service. 
- Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and sharing market insight. 
- Maintain high standards of compliance and process management. 
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Practice recruiter. 
- Strong track record of billings and client development. 
- Commercially focused with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities. 
- Motivated, resilient, and ambitious. 
- Team-oriented, with the ability to contribute to a boutique culture. 
Package & Rewards
- Salary: DOE (flexible, dependent on experience). 
- Commission: Market-leading 30% over £20k in quarterly billings.
