Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of multiple education recruitment clients who are looking to hire experienced 360 Education Recruiters as part of their continued growth across the UK. These opportunities suit recruiters with proven education recruitment experience who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Roles are available on a remote, hybrid, or office-based basis, depending on the client and location.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with primary, secondary, SEND schools and multi-academy trusts across the UK

  • Win new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.

  • Negotiate fees, margins, and terms of business.

  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to education clients.

  • Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships.

Candidate Sourcing & Management

  • Source, interview, and register teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and education support staff.

  • Manage candidate pipelines for temporary, long-term, and permanent placements.

  • Prepare candidates for interviews and placements.

  • Maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.

Compliance & Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy intake to placement and aftercare.

  • Ensure full education compliance and safeguarding standards are met.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and compliance records.

Desk & Market Development

  • Build and grow your desk strategically to increase revenue and market share.

  • Stay informed on UK education recruitment market trends and legislation.

  • Consistently meet and exceed performance targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 360 Education Recruiter within education recruitment (essential)

  • Strong sales, business development, and billing track record

  • In-depth knowledge of education compliance and safeguarding

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient

  • Ability to work autonomously in remote or hybrid environments.

Desirable

  • Existing UK-wide network of schools or education professionals

  • Experience across both temporary and permanent education recruitment.

  • Experience working with multiple clients or brands.
