Salary - £40 - £50K base

We’re looking to hire an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant who genuinely understands how legal recruitment works — candidates, clients, pressure, and delivery.

This role is suited to someone who already operates with confidence and commercial awareness, and who wants the autonomy to run a desk properly.

 

The Role

  • Partner and associate-level legal recruitment within the London market

  • Relationship-led, high-quality recruitment (not CV volume-driven)

  • Full ownership of your desk with real autonomy and accountability

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in legal recruitment

  • Strong understanding of the London legal market

  • Someone comfortable operating independently, managing clients and candidates end-to-end

  • High standards, strong follow-through, and commercial mindset
