Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established and growing education recruitment business seeking an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Preston office. This is an excellent opportunity to build and grow a successful desk while developing long-term client relationships across the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage a full 360 education recruitment desk.

·        Generate new business across Preston and a 25-mile radius.

·        Recruit across SEN, Primary or Secondary education.

·        Build and manage long-term client relationships.

·        Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement.

·        Work closely with delivery support as your desk grows.

·        Drive business growth and maximise revenue.

Candidate Requirements

·        Minimum 2 years' recent 360 Education Recruitment experience.

·        Background in SEN, Primary or Secondary recruitment.

·        Currently working within education recruitment.

·        Proven annual billings around £150k+.

·        Strong business development skills.

·        Existing client relationships within the education sector.

·        Driven, commercially minded and target focused.

Package

·        £30,000–£40,000 basic salary (DOE).

·        Uncapped commission.

·        Office-based in Preston.

·        Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm.

·        Hybrid working currently under review.

·        Long-term career progression.

·        Framework agreements already secured for September.
