We’re working with a growing recruitment business that’s looking to hire an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a profitable construction desk. This is a genuine senior role with autonomy, strong back-office support, and a commission structure that rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities
Full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing and placement
Build and grow long-term relationships with construction clients across the Northwest
Manage and develop an existing client base while actively winning new business
Deliver permanent and/or temporary placements across construction (white or blue collar)
Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts
Maintain a high standard of compliance and candidate care
Mentor junior consultants (optional, depending on experience and interest)
About You
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within construction recruitment
Consistent billing history
Strong new business development skills
Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own desk
Based in or able to commute to Liverpool
