The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join an established and high-performing team in the Prescot area. This role offers the chance to take over a busy white-collar hot desk with a strong existing client base and immediate earning potential.

The desk generated £150k in billings last year, with an even stronger pipeline and live vacancies already in place for this year. Covering both Permanent and Contract recruitment across a European market, you'll focus on managing active roles and delivering placements rather than building a desk from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an established white-collar recruitment desk

• Source and place high-quality candidates across permanent and contract positions

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and candidates

• Manage live vacancies and recruitment processes from start to finish

• Work across Electrical and Mechanical Engineering markets

• Recruit roles including Estimators, Project Engineers and other technical professionals

• Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process

About the Desk

• White-collar hot desk with active live vacancies

• £150k billed last year with strong growth potential

• No business development or cold sales required

About You

• Recruitment experience preferred

• Background in construction, engineering or white-collar recruitment beneficial

• Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
