Overview

We are recruiting a driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our client’s growing team in Warrington. This role offers flexibility on sector experience and is ideal for someone who can quickly generate fast-moving permanent roles and fees. The focus is on quick turnaround markets, not long lead-time sectors like nuclear — giving the successful consultant a realistic platform to bill and earn swiftly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full 360 perm recruitment process across an agreed sector.

- Build and grow a permanent desk with quick-win, high-demand vacancies.

- Conduct proactive BD to secure new clients and repeat business.

- Source, interview, qualify, and submit high-quality candidates.

- Manage client relationships, job qualification, and interview processes.

- Work strategically to bring in roles with short hiring cycles and strong fee potential.

- Hit and exceed monthly GP targets with autonomy and support.

What We’re Looking For

- Experienced permanent recruitment consultant (open to sector background).

- Someone who understands fast-paced perm markets and quick revenue generation.

- Confident in BD, relationship-building, and building a desk from warm & cold clients.

- Commercial mindset with a focus on high-activity, quick-placement roles.

- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work autonomously.

- Strong communication skills and solution-focused attitude.
