Overview
We are seeking a skilled Managing Consultant / Team Leader to oversee and grow a team of 3–4 recruiters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bill, motivate, and drive performance while developing junior and experienced consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 3–4 recruitment consultants.
- Drive team performance, coaching consultants to hit targets.
- Support consultants with BD strategy, client growth, and job qualification.
- Oversee team pipeline management, activity levels, and KPIs.
- Conduct regular 1-1s, development plans, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to billings as a senior consultant (“player-coach” role).
- Work with leadership on hiring, strategy, and team expansion.
- Ensure best practices across compliance and recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team of 3–4 recruiters (essential).
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Recruitment background (sector flexible).
- Ability to balance leadership and billing duties.
- Commercially driven with strong BD capability.
- Clear communicator with a supportive, performance-focused style.
